Meditation & Relax

"There is no one way to happiness. Happiness is the way"

Thich Nhat Hanh

Meditation is a very ancient practice with origins in Eastern traditions and is related to the philosophies of yoga and Buddhism. The oldest reports on meditation come from India and China, dating back to around 1500-600 BC in the Vedanta philosophy, and around 500-600 BC with the Taoists in China. In 500 BC, Buddhism began its legacy through the teachings left by Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha.    This is a relaxation practice that helps us enter a state of calm and keep our mind focused. The main objective of this practice is to calm the mind since it is where feelings of stress caused by the most varied reasons are generated.
