Yoga
Yoga is a path, and in a way also the end, to know our true reality, beyond the spatio-temporal mental constructions of shapes and names.
Coming from an ancestral culture, the teaching of Yoga encompasses ancient traditions of philosophy of life, practice of techniques, study, reflection and art, having accompanied humanity to this day. As a holistic discipline, its unifying vision of the self is an excellent tool and therapy for the body, mind and personal and spiritual development of the individual. We practice and study based on Traditional Hatha Yoga in accordance with the teachings of ancient Yoga texts and Advaita Vedanta, a non-dualistic philosophy.
