Pilates
Personalized classes

At Estúdio Dharana you will find a personalized Pilates method adapted entirely to your physical condition. So that you can make the most of each pilates class at Estúdio Dharana, we invite you to undergo a physical assessment during the first session. In this, we will establish specific short, medium and long-term objectives to be developed by both the teacher and the student.

We believe that together we will be able to achieve the objectives and needs identified in the initial assessment and, in this way, contribute to your personal development.

Pilates during pregnancy

Some of the benefits that Pilates provides to a pregnant woman relate to increasing core stability and control of the fundamental muscles of the pelvic floor.

Increased body awareness will be present in all classes, allowing you to re-educate your posture and reduce the impact of postural changes associated with pregnancy.

Breathing control becomes evident in the relationship with your body, adjusting, whenever necessary, to your effort.

here are numerous benefits associated with the regular practice of moderate physical activity in the beneficial effect of rheumatic diseases. Pilates appears as an excellent alternative, acting as an important ally in both the prevention and treatment of rheumatic pain, in addition to promoting the strengthening and stretching of the muscles involved. However, it is necessary to maintain a balance between practicing it and resting.
