Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Mainly caring for the well-being and general balance of human beings, Yoga refines its therapeutic nature by deepening its study with science and modern anatomy.

We know that its practice, par excellence, must respect the body and meet each person’s needs. This is undoubtedly an ideal tool for staying physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and a great health care complement to any alternative or conventional therapy/regime. For greater personal benefit, it is essential to know how to adapt and follow a regular plan focused on your individual and specific characteristics.  Yoga classes are relaxing sessions that are accessible to all practitioners. In these sessions, we mainly highlight the practice of gentle physical exercise (ásana), breathing (pranayama), relaxation (yoganidrá) and meditation (dharana and dhyana).

Bandha: contraction of plexuses and glands to channel energy

Shat karma: purification techniques Asana: body dynamics
